We are an independent, truly local real estate brokerage.  Over the years, we have met and worked with so many wonderful and interesting clients and customers.   

We love our beautiful and historic town!   We support many local businesses and non-profits in Astoria and neighboring towns.  We are experienced professionals dedicated to providing individualized, personal service to our clients and customers.

Pete began his real estate career in 1986 as an agent for Foghorn Realty in Astoria.  In 1993 he started Weidman Real Estate and then in 1996 changed the name to Astoria Real Estate.  Over the years he has brokered several hundred real estate transactions of all kinds in the Astoria area.

Janet joined her husband as a real estate broker in 1999.   She has met so many wonderful people through her real estate transactions.  Janet likes marketing and selling her clients' properties.  She enjoys helping her customers to find just the right properties to best fit their needs.

We are so happy to welcome Kendrick George to our brokerage.  He is a great addition to the company!                                                                                 Here is a little about Kendrick, in his own words:                                                                                                                                                                                                     "I grew up near Tacoma in Puyallup, WA.
